Beginner Heels
Are you brand new to dance, or new to the heels genre? Are you dying to strap on a pair of heels to feel sassy, sexy, and empowered? To find a supportive community? Then this class is for you! No dance experience necessary. Heels recommended but not required, sneakers welcome.
Intermediate Heels
An empowering heels class for individuals with a little bit of dance or heels training. Also ideal for dancers who may have significant years of dance training but very little heels experience. Heels recommended but not required, sneakers welcome.
Advanced Heels
A sensual heels class for individuals with a fair amount of dance experience or heels training. Heels recommended but not required, sneakers welcome.
Beginner Jazz Funk
What is Jazz Funk? Why, it’s a beautiful blend of jazz, hip hop, commercial choreography, street jazz and more! Ever seen a Britney Spears music video? Now envision yourself dancing IN the music video!! This class is specifically designed for the brand new dancer who want to rock out in a sneaker!
Intermediate Jazz Funk
This intermediate level class is full of hair whips, twerking, and all things you’d see in a music video and wish you could learn! A beautiful blend of jazz, hip hop, commercial choreography, street jazz, and more. Dance experience is recommended! Grab your fave pair of sneakers & let’s get sassy!
Open Level Feels N’ Heals
This is our take on the emotional contemporary/modern/lyrical genre. Heels not required: in fact, sneakers, socks, or bare feet encouraged. Open to all levels of dance experience.
Open Level Chair Affair
Feel sexy and empowered while dancing on and around a chair! This open level class is one of our steamier genres where we will incorporate our movement around our dance partner, the chair. Heels recommended but not required, sneakers welcome. Open to all levels of dance experience.
UNLACED (Open Level)
Have you been craving to join this space where you’ll feel sexy and empowered, but don’t want the pressure of wearing heels? Or maybe your achilles just need a BREAK but you don’t want to lose the sultry energy of the class. Then this class is for you! Introducing: UNLACED. Where we will continue to move sensually, but not in heels – think “sexy socks” (or going barefeet is also gucci). Open to all levels of dance experience.
CLASS LEVEL DESCRIPTIONS
BEGINNER
No dance experience necessary! For the individual who craves empowerment, dance, and community. Heels fundamentals will be taught, and steps will be broken down accessibly for even the absolute beginner to grasp.
INTERMEDIATE
Some dance experience recommended. Steps will still be taught at an accessible pace but the routine itself may push you insofar as speed or intricacy.
ADVANCED
Dance or heels experience required. Choreography will be set to push or challenge you in speed, difficulty, or execution.
OPEN LEVEL
Open to dancers of any level. Attention is paid to the variety of levels present in each class and modifications are suggested to make movements either easier or more challenging for each student.
